Day 4....whoo hoo. Just finished Legs and back, I did my best with the sun burn I got yesterday. haha. Anyways I noticed yesterday that i didnt get nearly the needed amount of calories I needed cause I was very hungry and tired. In the P90X nutrition guide it says i need 3000 calories a day. Well that isn't going to happen. Why you might ask? Cause I am a college kid on a very tight budget working 6 days a week, I cant afford that much food all the time. I try to get my protien in as well as produce, but that gets expensive quick!
Any ideas to stretch my dollar further with this nutrition plan?
